Fine print

A valid credit card (Visa, Mastercard, or American Express) is required to book all massage, facial, or body treatment appointments, as well as parties of two or more. If you need to modify or cancel your appointment, we ask for 24 hours notice. When booking parties of three or more, the cancellation period extends to 48 hours.

In the event that you are unable to give sufficient notice, a cancellation charge for the full service may apply if we cannot fill the appointment.

product returns
Frenchy’s Day Spa does not offer returns for products. In the rare case of a reaction, Frenchy’s will exchange the unused portion of the product for store credit. All returns must be accompanied by the original receipt.

personal belongings
Frenchy’s Day Spa will not be held responsible for lost or stolen personal items. For this reason, we highly recommend that you do not bring any personal items or valuables into the spa.

Children
Guests under the age of 16 receiving services must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Please keep in mind that in order to preserve the relaxing and stress-free environment of the spa, childcare should be arranged prior to your scheduled appointments.
